We continue to accept gifts. A long-time friend of the team and a constant reader of the library, candidate of historical sciences, scientist, researcher of the history of Ukraine of the 20th century, author of more than 60 scientific works, head of the regional center for scientific research and editorial publishing activity Serhiy Makarchuk replenished the book fund of the library with a publication from his own home library "The Art of War" by Sun Tzu in Ukrainian.

 

Sun Tzu's "Art of War" is interpreted in Ukrainian for the first time.
