For the World Media and Information Literacy Week, the National Media Literacy Test was held on the basis of the Digital Education Hub as part of the course "Basics of Mobile Technologies" .

The national media literacy test is implemented by the national media literacy project "Filter" of the Ministry of Culture and Strategic Communications with the support of UNDP in Ukraine and funding from the Japanese government, as well as the media literacy and cognitive resilience project in Ukraine, implemented by Zinc Network and funded by the UK government.

The National Media Literacy Test is implemented together with the USAID "Dream and Act" program, which is implemented by IREX in Ukraine, and the project "Study and Discern: Infomedia Literacy in Education" project, which is implemented by IREX Ukraine with the support of the US Embassy.
