The workshop was held with the support of the "Vilna" space. Valentyna Kryvtsova served as the trainer from the "Art-spokusa" Cultural and Artistic Association.
The squeegee art technique is a dynamic and unpredictable creative process where every work turns out unique. To create their own "masterpieces," the participants needed paper, paints, a ruler, and various objects that leave interesting imprints. They also needed courage, imagination, and a good mood.
Before starting the work, each participant imagined herself as a star—with her own color, character, and glow. After that, paints were applied to the paper, and using a ruler, colored waves were stretched across the white background. The colors blended, forming new shades, flowing and changing shape to create unique abstract compositions.
The final touch was a print in the form of air bubbles and dots, which emphasized the lightness, brightness, and energy of each participant.
At the end of the session, all the "stars," joyful and inspired, hurried home with their bright creative works.
