The talented handmade artisan Vira Zhevner conducted the session at the invitation of the "Art-Spokusa" Cultural and Artistic Association, introducing the participants to the subtleties of the art of paper rolling.
During the masterclass, the participants created delicate floral compositions in which blossomed true symbols of summer — daisies and dandelions. The work required thin paper strips of white, yellow, and green colors, as well as special quilling tools. Step by step, the participants formed individual elements and combined them into harmonious compositions, complementing their works with light, translucent butterflies.
A warm, creative atmosphere filled with inspiration, communication, and good spirits prevailed in the library. Each participant not only mastered new skills but also created her own little work of art, which will serve as a pleasant memory of this day.
At the conclusion of the event, an improvised mini-exhibition was held, where everyone could admire the bright and unique works of the craftswomen.
