As part of Global Media and Information Literacy Week 2026, an information hour titled "MEDIA LITERACY: Your Digital Superpower. We All Play Our Role" was held.»

Together with pupils of Mykolaiv Gymnasium No. 46, we explored how to distinguish verified facts from manipulation, recognize fake news, and avoid falling for emotional hooks on social media. The schoolchildren demonstrated excellent results and proved that today's youth think critically and confidently navigate the digital space!

National Media Literacy Test 2026

Participants of the advanced course "Basics of Mobile Literacy" joined a large-scale nationwide initiative. Age proved no barrier to gaining new knowledge and self-testing! Our learners successfully passed the test, proving that it is never too late to learn and that digital hygiene matters to everyone.

In today's reality, each of us plays a role in creating a safe information environment. Thank you to all participants for their activity, energy, and commitment to knowing the truth! The digital space tests our resilience every day, but we know how to stand strong against information attacks!

*Global Media and Information Literacy Week is an international initiative launched in 2012 to draw attention to the importance of media and information literacy, critical thinking, and responsible information consumption.

Every year, the event takes place under the auspices of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) in cooperation with the Media and Information Literacy Alliance, the UNESCO International University Network on Media and Information Literacy and Intercultural Dialogue (MILID), and other partners.
