The photo project tells the stories of 9 people who survived capture, deportation, sexual violence caused by war, or were forced to leave their homes in temporarily occupied territories.

The photos show the most valuable things that the heroes of the project took with them during the evacuation: the keys to the flats in Berdiansk, a book from the Mariupol library, the blue and yellow ribbon with which the hero went through the captivity in Kherson, and others.

All the heroes of the photo project received support from the Rescue Centers.

The purpose of the centers is to respond to the challenges of war. They were created on the initiative of the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration, the assistance of the Government Commissioner for Gender Policy, in partnership with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), thanks to the financial support of the governments of Belgium, France, Sweden and in cooperation with local authorities and public organizations.

Help at Rescue Assistance Centers is provided to internally displaced persons, people who have left the war zone or occupied territories, local residents and anyone who needs help. The Centers are addressed with any questions that arise in connection with a full-scale war.

The people of Mykolaiv will be able to familiarize themselves with the exhibition "(In)visible Stories" for three weeks, until April 15, in the Central City Library named after M.L. Kropyvnytskyi, Mykolaiv.

The Central City Library named after M.L. Kropyvnytskyi, where the "(In)visible Stories" exhibition about internally displaced Ukrainians has been on display since March 25, was visited by representatives of the structural subdivisions of the humanitarian sphere of the Mykolaiv City Council.
