Its special magic gives not only aesthetic pleasure, performs the function of a talisman, but also transmits information encoded in strokes from ancestors to descendants. It was used by women painters who whitewashed in a gray mist and painted houses on the Kinburn Peninsula, elements of this painting have been preserved on ceramics and paintings, jewelry and clothes, in embroidery, home interior items - all this is about the Tauria painting.

Valentina Kryvtsova, head of the Cultural and Artistic Association "Art-Spocusa", presented a selection of publications about the Tavria painting to the Central City Library named after M.L. Kropyvnytskyi. They saw the light of day as part of the implementation of the regional project "Tauria Painting". It is being implemented by the Center for Adult Education and Training "South" with the support of the NGO "Cultural and Artistic Association "Art-spokusa"".
